Kitchen Operations Assistant – Breman Brasserie

Job Overview
Breman Brasserie is an all-day restaurant that pays homage to the history of the iconic Lloyd building. We are seeking a passionate Kitchen Intern to join our team, reporting to our Head Chef. This role is responsible for ensuring quality and consistency in dishes and service.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the assigned station in a clean and orderly manner at all times.
- Follow standard recipes and minimize waste to ensure that the restaurant food cost is in line with budget.
- Work in the assigned station to ensure that dishes are prepared according to standard.
- Ensure all working utensils and equipment are maintained to maximize lifespan and operate to full capacity.
- Receive daily produce deliveries and check quality, including weights and temperature.
- Complete quality preparation of all duties, including cleaning, setting up, handing over, and closing the kitchen to standard.
