About the Role

This is a hybrid role, with 2 days spent in the office and the remaining days worked from home or other locations. You will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, including product launches, social media campaigns, and in-store promotions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive brand growth and customer engagement
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including product launches, social media campaigns, and in-store promotions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform marketing strategies
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers

Requirements

  • Graduate caliber with a degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the FMCG industry
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and search engine optimization
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
