Hamlyn Williams seeks an experienced Data Protection and Compliance Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and continuity of our customers' data and systems.
The successful candidate will oversee the detection and response to security incidents, guide the security engineering team, and manage daily operations. This includes monitoring, detecting, and responding to security threats, leading the SOC team, and managing network security devices such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, and SIEM systems.
The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who is comfortable making decisions and guiding a team. Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Powershell) for automation is required. Additionally, excellent command of the English language and the ability to work well under pressure are essential.
