**Job Opportunity at HKU**

We are seeking a highly qualified individual to fill the position of Tenure-Track Assistant/Associate Professor in Public Administration in the Department of Politics and Public Administration.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct research and teaching in the field of public administration, with a focus on interdisciplinary research on regulatory and governance issues related to AI technologies, digital ethics, data science, smart city innovation, sustainable development, and/or environmental governance.
  • Develop and teach courses in public administration, including topics such as public policy process, public sector management, social innovation and entrepreneurship, regulation, philanthropy and nonprofit management, and policy analysis.
  • Contribute to the development of the department's research and teaching programs, and participate in departmental and university service.

**Requirements:**

  • Ph.D. degree in a relevant field.
  • Excellent research and teaching abilities, with a strong publication record and teaching experience.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and students.
