Job Overview

As the Head of Global Marketing Communications at Topigs Norsvin, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive multichannel marketing strategies to enhance our global brand presence and promote our products and services to a diverse, international audience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Development: Formulate and implement international multichannel marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase brand awareness.
  • Brand Management: Oversee brand identity and lead global marketing campaigns to engage with our target audience.
  • Event Coordination: Plan and manage international events to showcase our products and services.
  • Media Relations: Build and maintain media relationships to secure press coverage and manage public relations efforts.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with internal and external stakeholders to align marketing efforts and achieve business objectives.
  • Budget Management: Oversee and manage the marketing budget to ensure effective resource allocation.
  • Market Strategy Connection: Integrate marketing and communication strategies in key focus countries to support the matrix organization.

Benefits Include:

  • Salary: €4500 - €6500 per month, based on a 40-hour workweek (dependent on experience and qualifications).

  • Leave: 25 vacation days plus 13 additional days off (ATV with option to exchange for money).
  • Flexibility: up to 50% home working policy.

Requirements

We are looking for a seasoned project manager with a strong market and customer focus. Your communication skills enable you to influence and engage stakeholders at all organizational levels across different cultures. You combine strategic insight with a hands-on approach when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Master's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5-10 years in international marketing communications, experience within agriculture or animal genetics gives you a huge advantage.
  • Skills: Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Language: Excellent written and verbal English skills; proficiency in Dutch is a significant advantage.
  • Residence: You are already residing in the Netherlands, preferably within a reasonable commuting distance from Den Bosch.
