Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a stable application environment, including proactive improvement of monitoring and automation to ensure stability. They will execute changes required on applications, troubleshoot incidents, and provide technical support to customers as needed.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and supervise the technical environment to ensure stability and performance.
- Provide technical support to customers and relay information to application vendors for ongoing maintenance and updates.
- Translate functional needs into technical solutions and build and deploy those solutions.
- Peer review colleague's work and analyze and design changes from issues and version upgrades.
- Assist in remaining efforts and report to the project manager.
- Experience with applications, pipelines, APIs, monitoring, (SQL) databases, certificates.
- Knowledge of Azure.
- Ability to explain complex technical subjects to different stakeholders.
- Strong customer focus.
- HBO level, preferable IT education.
- Minimal 4-5 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience with migrating complex environments and legacy upgrades in always-on services.
- Experience with Agile/DevOps WoW is a plus.
- High-level knowledge of other IT areas (e.g., Datacentres, Windows, Scripting).
- Good documenting and reporting capabilities.
The ideal candidate has a hands-on mindset, strong problem-solving orientation, and effective communication skills. They should have a clear focus on results and sticking to programming/IT quality standards.
