Job Title: Marketing Manager Nephrology

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager Nephrology to lead our marketing efforts in the nephrology space. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive sales growth and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing plans that meet business objectives and drive sales growth.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to launch new products and indications in the nephrology space.
  • Collaborate with Medical Affairs and RDAs to gain field insights and inform localisation strategies.
  • Manage budgets and liaise with agencies to execute local tactical plans.
  • Develop sales forecasts and gather intelligence on product performance, competitors, and customer attitudes.
  • Identify and initiate projects concerning products and disease areas in conjunction with Sales & Marketing, Medical Research, Supply Chain, Medical, Medical Information, and Legal departments.
  • Translate and/or tailor centrally developed key messages and promotional materials for face-to-face and digital channels.
  • Lead the selection and management of agencies, providing specific marketing information on therapeutic areas/products as required.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of local and international symposia.
  • Engage with key customers through regular field contact, focusing on relationships with key opinion leaders.
Requirements
  • Degree in life sciences or marketing preferred.
  • Rare disease background preferred.
  • Marketing/brand management experience in a pharmaceutical context required.
  • Knowledge of relevant therapeutic areas.
  • Strong and proven project management skills and experience working in a matrix environment.
  • Preferably both big and mid-sized pharmaceutical experience.
  • Successful launch and commercial experience.
  • Excellent local and English language skills, language skills supporting other countries within the cluster an advantage.
