Digital Asset Manager

At PM Group, we're seeking a skilled BIM Specialist to optimize BIM processes for data centers during the operations phase. As a key team member, you'll ensure project excellence and documentation accuracy.

• You will support the implementation of ACC and BIM 360 platforms, ensuring compliance with client standards and enhancing project efficiency.

1. Conduct quality assurance and control activities to maintain project quality standards.
2. Manage client issue tracker tools for task management and communication.
3. Assist in setting up, administering, and maintaining BIM360 and Autodesk Construction Cloud for models and drawings.
4. Support onboarding new users to the platform.
5. Perform model corrections and ensure integrity during project phases.

In this role, you will transition into a coordinator position with additional responsibilities, including:

• Developing and optimizing standards, processes, and workflows.
• Monitoring project progress, conducting impact studies, and liaising with stakeholders.

• Bachelor or Master degree in a field related to the construction industry.
• Proven experience in BIM within relevant industries.
• Familiarity with BIM 360 and Autodesk Construction Cloud and other EDMS platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

The estimated salary for this role is between $60,000 and $80,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
