At Bynder, we're looking for a talented Software Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our tech team, you'll be responsible for designing and building robust, high-performance, and scalable applications from the ground up.

Our ideal candidate has a strong background in back-end development, with experience in deployment through environments (CI/CD) and a passion for learning new technologies. You'll work closely with designers, product owners, and other engineers to implement new features and contribute to the architecture of our digital asset management platform.

We leverage some of the latest technologies, including Scala, Event Sourcing, Domain Driven Design, CQRS, AWS Cloud, Kafka, Containers/Kubernetes, and Microservices Architecture. If you're passionate about building robust back-end services and using modern techniques like continuous integration and delivery, automated testing, and DevOps, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll bring:

  • Experience building microservices with containers, Scala, and Reactive.
  • BS or higher in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in a software development environment.
  • Excellent coding skills.
  • Develop and deploy applications on AWS or other cloud solutions.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of software engineering experience in a production environment.
  • Experience in security practices and standards.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrates ability to work cross-functionally including support and QA.
