Taken en Verantwoordelijkheden- Analyseren van organisatiebehoeften en voorbereiden van verbeteringen voor organisatieprocessen.
- Valideren van business requirements.
- Het bouwen van datamodellen, het modelleren van data en businessprocessen.
- Het ontwikkelen van oplossingen en omzetten naar bruikbare specificaties t.b.v. ontwikkelaars/product owner.
- Betrokken bij operationele, tactische en strategische analyses.
- Specificeren, prioriteren, verifiëren en valideren van functionele wensen en eisen en het vertalen hiervan naar efficiënte oplossingen samen met de product owner.
- Signaleren van risico's, knelpunten en afwijkingen en waar nodig adviseren naar het management.
- Fungeren als klankbord voor de business of projectteams.
- Begeleiden en coördineren van analyses ten behoeve van veranderingen en ontwikkelingen binnen de organisatie.
- Ondersteunen en trainen van gebruikers binnen de afdeling in interpreteren en analyseren van relevante rapportages.
- HBO werk/denk niveau.
- Ervaring met SAP.
- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als IT Business Analyst.
- Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en schrift.
- Je bent een teamspeler met goede communicatieve vaardigheden, je bent vasthoudend en daarmee een sterke onderhandelaar.
- Je beschikt over analytisch denkvermogen en werkt gestructureerd.
- Je kan goed relativeren en kan met jouw humor ook je collega's mee te krijgen naar het gezamenlijke doel, het verbeteren van de organisatieprocessen.
