Key Responsibilities- Monitor and maintain our existing infrastructure to ensure optimal performance
- Respond to technical requests and tickets from other teams in a timely and efficient manner
- Lead technical projects and deployments, driving innovation and improvement
- Implement solutions for internal teams globally, leveraging your expertise in cloud infrastructure
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results
- Apply best practices to enhance products, services, and processes
- Optimize existing SaaS configurations to meet evolving requirements
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to ensure alignment
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate or above, with expertise in EC2, ECS, S3, Lambda, and DynamoDB/RDS
- Strong Linux systems administration skills, with experience in Windows systems administration
- Competent programming skills, with proficiency in languages like Powershell, JavaScript, and Bash
- Solid experience in Azure and Azure AD, with familiarity in Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform, Ansible, and Serverless Framework
- Thorough understanding of Network protocols and traffic management, with experience in version control repositories like Github/Gitlab
- Passion for automating processes, with knowledge of Virtualization and Containers, including Vmware, Hyper-V, Docker, and Container Orchestration
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality work and promote best practices
- Capable of working independently and solving complex problems
- Committed to using best practices to enhance products, services, and processes
- Stays up to date with new technology and existing software used in the group
- Experience with Monitoring and Logging/Auditing tools
- Experience with Security Audits
- Experience with Slack and Jira
- Experience with PKI Structure (Certificates and Certification Authorities)
