About the Role
ASML is a leading supplier to the semiconductor industry, and we are seeking a skilled Process Safety Manager to join our Corporate Real Estate team. As a Process Safety Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a consistent approach to process and asset safety across our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain asset safety documentation to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
- Provide expert advice and support to projects and operations on asset process safety.
- Lead and participate in HSE risk assessment workshops and studies, including HAZOPs, HAZIDs, LOPAs reviews, and pre-startup safety reviews.
- Organize and facilitate CRE Safety Review Board meetings.
- Own safety documents such as explosion safety documents.
- Collaborate with the CRE QEHS team to ensure seamless integration of people, asset, and process safety.
- Identify and judge the risk of facilities/design and advise pragmatic and cost-effective solutions.
- Participate in incident investigations, audits, and Go-and-Sees.
- Drive process safety improvements and follow up on audit findings.
Requirements
- Completed master's degree in process engineering, industrial safety engineering, or similar.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in process safety related function in a similar high-tech or process industrial environment.
- Working knowledge in work processes like management of change, Hazard and effect management process, Safety Instrumented Functions, and emergency response.
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal, dealing with senior and medior management levels, peers, teams, service providers, contractors, and consultants.
