We are seeking a highly skilled People Operations Manager to join our team in Amsterdam. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for ensuring a consistent and engaging experience for our employees in the Netherlands and Lithuania.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of employee data in our HR systems.
- Manage the monthly payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Act as the primary point of contact for payroll-related queries in both countries.
- Collaborate with managers and employees to drive engagement, innovation, and process improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with Dutch HR legislation and regulations, and work closely with our legal team to ensure compliance.
- Partner with the People Team to deliver strategic projects and initiatives.
- Embed Treatwell's values and culture throughout the organization, and drive initiatives to promote a positive work environment.
- Manage workplace-related queries, including facilities, maintenance, and supplies.
- Ensure the kitchen is stocked with essentials, including coffee
- Oversee health and safety initiatives, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
- Organize social events and activities to foster a sense of community among employees.
- Proven experience in HR, with a focus on employee experience and operations.
- Strong knowledge of Dutch HR legislation and regulations.
- Ability to think creatively and proactively, with a focus on process improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
