De rol van de Business Controller/Analyst
Als Business Controller/Analyst maak je deel uit van het Finance & Legal team in Greenberg Nielsen, samen met 6 andere collega's, en rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan het hoofd van Finance. Je speelt een essentiële rol binnen de organisatie, draagt bij aan het succes van diverse projecten en neemt het voortouw bij financiële initiatieven. Je focus zal liggen op het implementeren en onderhouden van PowerBI, inclusief het opzetten van de dataconnecties (samen met Tech) en het creëren van dashboards voor belangrijke stakeholders.
- Het vervullen van verzoeken om gegevens en rapportages, waarbij je uitgebreide en inzichtelijke analyses levert;
- Het geven van inzichten aan het Management Team en andere stakeholders via verschillende (maandelijkse) rapporten;
- Samenwerken met de junior controller en marktanalyses uitvoeren om trends, kansen en risico's te identificeren;
- Deelnemen aan financiële planning, budgettering en prestatie-evaluatie;
- Waardevolle inzichten verstrekken aan prominente klanten, zoals ID&T, Tomorrowland en Paradiso, om hun succes te bevorderen;
- Je woont in of rond Amsterdam, of hebt er geen bezwaar tegen om te reizen voor het werk;
- Ongeveer 3 jaar ervaring in een analytische rol binnen de financiële sector;
- Uitstekende analytische vaardigheden en oog voor detail;
- Kennis van data-analyse- en visualisatietools (bijv. PowerBI, SQL);
- Ervaring met projectmanagement en financiële projecten;
- Vermogen om deadlines te halen en goed onder druk te werken;
- Sterke communicatie- en samenwerkingsvaardigheden;
- Bachelor-diploma in Bedrijfskunde, Finance of een verwant vakgebied;
- Kennis van de evenementenindustrie is een pluspunt.
