Our TeamWe are looking for consultants who possess:
- A master's degree, with a second degree being a plus;
- Fresh graduates or up to 3 years of work experience, preferably in management consulting;
- Affinity with digital innovation, digital transformation, payments, digital identity, open banking, blockchain, and artificial intelligence;
- Broad personal development, including outstanding academic achievements and international exchange programs;
- Exceptional strategic and analytical skills, with a track record in work settings or extracurricular activities;
- Leadership qualities and fluency in English, with Dutch or German preferred;
- EU citizenship or a valid EU work permit.
As a consultant, you will work closely with our team to advise clients on strategic topics in digital transactions. You will be responsible for specific project parts, such as performing analyses and conducting interviews. You will also support clients with sector-specific knowledge and strategic advice, enabling them to co-create new strategies, services, and products.
