Job Description

ING is seeking a skilled Senior Client Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing expert advice on real estate financing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 40-45 clients with an average size of 600 million assets under management, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely resolution of client inquiries.
  • Act as a lead generator to other ING segments and Real Estate Specialists and Business Advisors, driving business growth and expansion.
  • Provide expert advice on real estate financing applications and management, restructuring, renewals, sustainability, and innovative initiatives, leveraging your knowledge and expertise to drive business results.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the client portfolio, developing and executing strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including regular communication and updates on their accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide comprehensive solutions to clients, driving business growth and expansion.
  • Monitor and analyze client performance to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth, providing actionable insights to drive business results.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and social skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrable experience in the field of real estate financing, with a strong understanding of industry trends and developments.
  • Entrepreneurial and result-oriented with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, driving business growth and expansion.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of collaboration and teamwork.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and drive business results.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop new initiatives, driving business growth and expansion.
  • Familiarity with Lean and Agile Way of Working, with a strong understanding of industry best practices.
