Position Overview: As a Junior Privacy Consultant at Pride Company, you will engage in a variety of tasks that ensure the effective management of privacy issues within organizations. Your role will involve supporting businesses in navigating privacy challenges, enhancing employee awareness regarding data protection, and conducting thorough privacy risk assessments and audits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting maturity assessments and developing enhancement strategies to elevate clients' privacy governance;
  • Identifying risks and recommending improvements in privacy practices through facilitation of risk assessment sessions;
  • Drafting privacy policies and providing business advice, along with offering clients guidance on privacy and information security matters;
  • Assisting clients in executing privacy audits, including relevant compliance checks;
  • Maintaining regular communication with clients to understand their evolving needs;
  • Depending on your interests and growth areas, you may also have the opportunity to deliver training and educational sessions.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Law, Information Technology, Business, Organizational Science, or a related field;
  • A strong interest in privacy and information security, with current knowledge of IT developments, including Artificial Intelligence and privacy-enhancing technologies;
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch;
  • A passion for tackling challenging and socially significant projects, both independently and collaboratively;
  • Flexibility to travel for client engagements and occasionally hold meetings in the evening;
  • A proactive and self-sufficient approach, with a willingness to seek assistance when needed;
  • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining organization and focus.
