QESH Officer

**Logistics at Full Potential**

GXO Logistics is committed to "Quality, Environment, Safety and Health" (QESH) excellence. Due to expansion, we are seeking a full-time QESH Officer to support our site in Bleiswijk.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, secure, and continuously improve QESH management systems within the assigned organization, with a primary focus on Safety and Health regulations/compliance related to dangerous goods.
• Provide proactive, accurate, and useful QESH advice and support to operational management/staff, including advising on regulations, compliance, and environmental issues.
• Drive the positive intervention reporting initiative and encourage near miss reporting.
• Assist the QESH Manager in preparing internal and external reports and assigned projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant area (preferably technical) or 3 years of relevant experience within a QESH function, with accompanying high-level analytical skills.
• Expertise within a similar industry (Logistics, Warehouse, Distribution, Industrial, or Production).
• ISO mindset, structuring processes.
• Experience of compliance and regulations relating to dangerous goods, such as batteries, aerosols, and paint.
