Wij zijn op zoek naar een inspirerende en vakvolwassen Chief Financial Officer die onze organisatie kan helpen om haar financiële doelen te bereiken. Als CFO zul je verantwoordelijk zijn voor de financiële planning, beheer en strategie van onze groep.

Wij zoeken

Wij zoeken een energieke, proactieve en vakvolwassen CFO met een scherp financieel, bedrijfskundig en menselijk inzicht. Je bent transparant, ondernemend en scherp van geest. Als leider ben je inspirerend, empathisch, coachend en stimuleer je mensen om de business proactief te ondersteunen.

Bij voorkeur
  • Een academisch werk- en denkniveau en een afgeronde RA- of RC-opleiding, aangevuld met opleidingen rondom leiderschap, management en/of bedrijfskunde.
  • Vijf tot tien jaar ervaring in een brede CFO positie.
  • Ervaring op het gebied van M&A.
  • Ervaring en/of affiniteit met de automotive sector en/of wholesale/retail.
  • Ervaring en/of affiniteit met HR, ICT, digitalisering en/of verandermanagement.
Over Pala Group

Pala Group is een 50/50 joint venture, waarbinnen de familiebedrijven Van Laarhoven Holding en Pallieter Group samenwerken. De focus ligt op de verkoop, leasing en het onderhoud van zowel nieuwe als gebruikte auto's. Dealerbedrijven van de merken BMW, Mini, BMW Motorrad, Jaguar en Land Rover (JLR) zijn ondergebracht als officiële dealers.

De organisatie is onderverdeeld in drie aparte holdings, namelijk Pala Group BV, Marpa Group BV en Lapal BV. Samen met de CEO vorm jij als CFO de tweehoofdige statutaire directie.
