About the Role:
- Retail sales: Achieve monthly sales goals by executing promotional and event calendars at store level. Discuss sales goal achievement with store managers, empowering them to increase business through events and scheduled appointments.
- Maintain a clean and visually appealing environment, including fixtures, testers, and stock levels.
- Communicate effectively with management and colleagues, ensuring seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement promotional and event calendars to drive sales growth.
- Develop strong relationships with store managers, providing support and guidance to boost sales performance.
- Monitor and maintain a high level of cleanliness, stock levels, and visual merchandising standards.
- Ensure timely communication with management on sales progress, stock replenishment, and seasonal activities.
Requirements:
- Sales-driven mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and Dutch languages, both written and verbal.
- Background in make-up artistry and retail operations, preferably with 2-3 years of experience.
