As a Sales Manager for Cubic Products, you'll play a crucial role in driving commercial success in the Netherlands, focusing on a specific area of expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve sales targets for Cubic products and solutions in the Netherlands, meeting business revenue plans through a disciplined sales process within targeted accounts.
  • Directly responsible for meeting and exceeding quota by actively negotiating and bringing opportunities to closure, collaborating with the broader Rockwell Automation sales teams.
  • Develop and manage an accurate sales forecast and pipeline of Cubic pursuits.
  • Contribute to customer proposals and requests for information.
  • Leverage Global Sales & Marketing resources for target opportunity identification and access.
  • Act as the primary liaison between customers, regional sales team members, and business units to ensure efficient and effective communications and information flow from sales and pipeline development activities.
  • Effectively translate technical terms into everyday language and manage expectations, both internally and externally.
  • Provide regular status reports to sales management, including forecast, pipeline, and activity summary information.
  • Monitor and report revenue and pipeline results weekly via CRM tool for assigned Verticals or Geographies to ensure performance goals are met.
  • Develop strong business and financial knowledge of the offering and its impact on potential business.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with our customers and understanding their needs.
  • Explore new opportunities in the market, focusing on sectors such as Data centers, Water, Energy, and Industry.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical or electronic engineering, computer science, manufacturing information technology, or a related field (equivalent experience considered).
  • 5+ years of pre-sales, direct sales, or consulting experience.
  • Familiarity with similar positions in commercial management (experience in the same sector is highly valued).
  • Strong solution and application expertise, with demonstrated sales experience.
  • Native Dutch and strong command of English (written and spoken).
  • Ability to resolve complex issues creatively and effectively.
  • Stakeholders management skills.
  • Ability to set, be accountable for, and achieve challenging targets.
  • Ability to influence, empower, coach, and motivate others.
  • Experience and knowledge in Low Voltage Switchboards (an advantage).
  • Strong negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to build long-term relationships with a strong business track record.
  • Experience dealing with clients at the highest level.
  • Experience in developing and executing successful business strategies.
  • Driving license.
