Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Operations Manager to join our team at ASML. This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow and develop your Supply Chain Management skills, while making a significant impact on our end customers.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring material availability for our end customers by supporting the department on operational activities. You will work closely with various stakeholders to meet defined operational targets on KPIs, such as Fillrate and Restricted stock. Your primary focus will be on forward and reverse flow activities, monitoring and management of critical materials, and preparing reports to support escalation channels.

Main Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the GNO department to achieve operational targets and improve overall supply chain efficiency.
  • Foster strong relationships with 3PL partners to resolve operational issues and ensure smooth in/outbound flow.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance the supply chain experience for our customers.
  • Work closely with escalation channels to monitor and manage critical materials, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Prepare detailed reports to support decision-making and drive business growth.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Industrial Engineering.
  • 2-7 years of relevant experience in a large international company, ideally in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, or Procurement.
  • Strong analytical skills with a helicopter view on processes, ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
