Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring that all necessary information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Upsell and promote our hotel's products and services to guests, ensuring that they have a memorable and enjoyable stay.
- Manage guest complaints and issues, resolving them in a fair and professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure that guests receive a seamless and enjoyable experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Fluency in English and Dutch, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and flexible attitude.
