Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Technical Team Lead to join our onshore service team in Yerseke, Netherlands. As a Technical Team Lead, you will be responsible for the operational leadership of our onshore service team, ensuring the effective execution of all service-related activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Operational leadership of the onshore service team in Yerseke, Zeeland.
- Coaching, motivating, and guiding the people in your team.
- Performance management and adequate monitoring of employee performance.
- Hire, induct, and coach team members to produce their best work, set annual targets, and achieve growth objectives.
- Optimize staff planning and resources in collaboration with the Dispatch department.
- Oversee the execution of all Service-related activities.
- Promote internal and external cooperation and customer orientation.
- In collaboration with the Operations Manager onshore, manage cost and performance indicators and initiate cost-out initiatives.
- In collaboration with the Project Manager(s), actively monitor contractual availability.
- In cooperation with the Technical Field Support department, initiate and manage improvement proposals related to contractual availability.
- Taking ownership and implement improvement plans and processes.
- Initiate and schedule trainings, safety, and technical with the support of the training department.
- Administrative tasks, such as approval of working hours, declarations, control of safety certificates.
- Organize regular safety or kick-off meetings.
- Perform safety inspections and willing to support the Project Team.
- Relevant technical education and several years of experience in a leading onshore position.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a technical team lead role.
- Integrity and ability to coach and guide the people in your team in a positive way to get the most out of your team.
- Analytical and commercial with a result-oriented mentality.
- Oversee the progress, effectiveness, efficiency, and safety of the activities carried out.
- Proven skills and experience of the MS office package.
- Proficient in Dutch and English in word and writing.
- Driver's license B.
- Residence in the area of Zeeland.
- An annual contract with the prospect of permanent employment.
- A good salary between €3,697 - €4,965 EUR / Month and secondary employment conditions.
- 25 vacation days and 13 adv days.
