About the Role

The Reservations Sales Specialist position plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by creating personalized reservations and maximizing revenue opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Sell a cluster of South Florida luxury hotels, including Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach, Four Seasons Hotel and Residences at The Surf Club, and Four Seasons Hotel and Residences Fort Lauderdale.
  • Create individualized experiences for every guest through direct sales and pre-arrival engagement.
  • Convert reservation inquiries into bookings and maximize revenue from individual, travel agency, and internal sources.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to deliver exceptional levels of intuitive, personalized service.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of the luxury hospitality industry and sales principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with sales software and systems.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary, ranging between $60,000 and $80,000 per year, based on experience. Additional benefits include:
