Operations Manager

ASML is a leading supplier to the semiconductor industry, and we are seeking a highly skilled Manager Operations/Tactical Asset Management to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for securing Operational Safety and Business Continuity for all of our factories and offices in the Netherlands.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the Operations/Tactical Asset Management team in daily business, including the Control Room, Lock Out Tag Out, Permit-to-Work, and ticketing processes.
- Develop and implement operational processes to ensure Safety and Business Continuity.
- Collaborate with the Strategical Asset Management team to adjust AM strategy based on tactical and operational experiences.
- Manage stakeholders, including senior and mid-level management, teams, service providers, contractors, and consultants.
- Ensure alignment with supplier and contract management.
- Develop and implement financial budgeting, forecasting, and validation processes.
- Lead high-priority responses to failures and requests, including the Control Room and 24/7 Services.
- Manage low-priority responses to failures, requests, information, and complaints (FRIC).
- Develop and implement operational reporting processes.
- Identify and implement tactical and operational improvements.
- Manage the Maintenance Project Portfolio.
- Coordinate facility shutdown management.
- Completed master's degree in engineering, asset management, or business administration.
- At least 5-8 years of relevant experience in a similar complex industrial environment.
- At least 5 years of experience in an industrial or operational management function.
- Strong analytical and strategic skills, with the ability to implement tactical solutions.
- Excellent social skills, including empathy, listening, and coaching.
- Strong leadership and teambuilding skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High organizational sensitivity and situational awareness.
- Strong networking skills.
- Results-oriented with a sense of responsibility.
- Excellent decision-making skills in fast-changing and complex environments.
