At GXO Logistics, we're seeking a skilled Site Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Site Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in developing and implementing efficient logistics solutions for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and design logistics processes to improve daily operations
  • Develop and implement cost models and P&L analyses for tenders and existing operations
  • Provide support for implementation and re-engineering projects, including layout, procedures, work instructions, and training
  • Lead project teams and report on progress

Requirements:

  • Completed HBO education in logistics and/or technical business direction
  • Knowledge of Lean and experience with complex logistics processes (mechanization)
  • Proficiency in MS-Office, especially MS Excel, with VBA and CAD skills an advantage
  • Quantitative and analytical skills
  • Excellent command of the English language in writing and communication
  • Project and team work skills
