About the Role
As a Business Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing timely and accurate monthly financial reporting packs, including detailed analysis of sales and direct labor variances.
- Providing insights for contract management through data analysis.
- Assisting in developing new reports and analytical tools in Qlik Sense (or Power BI) to support business decision-making.
- Preparing weekly P&L flash reports and KPI development to ensure accurate and timely updates.
- Supporting the preparation of sales invoices and backups.
- Adding value to the business by providing metrics to measure daily performance and aid decision-making.
What We're Looking For
We are seeking a candidate with:
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, Controlling.
- 2-3 years of experience in a relevant finance role in production, logistics, or a challenging commercial environment.
- Engagement in the Planning & Control Cycle.
- High-level MS Office Excel skills.
- Accurate prioritization and meeting tight deadlines.
- Understanding of data analysis, forecasting, and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent communication skills in English (C1) and Dutch (C1), both spoken and written.
