ECCO is seeking an ESG Controller to lead our journey towards sustainable excellence. As a critical member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of our ESG reporting and disclosures. About the Role

In this strategic position, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain an internal control framework for ESG data collection, reporting, and verification.
  • Develop data quality management procedures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of our ESG data.
  • Provide insightful guidance on regulatory compliance and ensure we stay ahead of ESG reporting requirements.
  • Conduct final reviews and approvals of all ESG disclosures before submission to stakeholders or regulatory bodies.
  • Develop and implement internal audit procedures for ESG data and reporting processes.

About You

We are looking for a strategic thinker with a Master's degree in a relevant field and at least 2 years of experience in ESG reporting or related areas. You should be a data aficionado proficient in analysis tools and familiar with ESG reporting frameworks. As an articulate communicator, you should be able to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. You should be detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment is a must.

We offer a competitive salary, a fixed end-of-year allowance, at least 25 holidays, and 4.5 ATV days when working on a full-time basis.
