About the Role:

As a Critical Environment Technician at Microsoft's Data Center in Noord-Holland, you will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our data center's critical systems. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth operation of our data center's electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems, as well as perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of data center systems
  • Identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues related to electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and ensure data center uptime
  • Develop and implement procedures to improve data center operations and efficiency
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in data center operations or a related field
  • Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
