We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Data Analyst to join our Marketing team at Searchsoftware. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the effectiveness of our performance marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Indeed.
- Lead a team of analysts in reviewing and improving marketing data products and processes, ensuring accurate measurement and clear results.
- Design and implement automated systems to track and identify issues, enabling quick adjustments to campaigns as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive business growth.
- University degree in a quantitative field, such as Business Analytics, Econometrics, or Economics.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing analysis or working with marketing data, with a strong understanding of data-driven insights.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R, with experience in tools like dbt, Looker, or Airflow a plus.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to guide and coach a team technically and personally.
- Fluency in both Dutch and English, written and spoken.
- A competitive salary between €4,150 and €6,000 per month, depending on experience.
- A great balance of office and remote work, with three days in the office and two days working from home.
- Travel expenses covered, solid pension scheme, and home office allowance.
- 25 vacation days and in-house training opportunities.
