Overview

Christiani Vino e Cibo is seeking a skilled Pizza Maker to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality pizzas and contributing to the overall dining experience.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare pizza dough and other products independently
  • Take responsibility for the kitchen when the chef is not present
  • Control product freshness and quality daily
  • Purchase and ensure product availability, ordering as necessary
  • Apply recipes correctly and contribute to menu design
  • Follow safety, hygiene, and HACCP guidelines

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant kitchen experience
  • Affinity with Italian cuisine
  • Experience with pizza preparation
  • Product knowledge, including cutting techniques and sauce preparation
  • Command of Dutch and/or English; Italian is an advantage
