Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Operational Planner to join our Logistics Operations team at ASML. As an Operational Planner, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation of our highly complex logistics and warehouse processes, directly impacting our ability to meet production demands efficiently and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and balance the workload within the warehouse and logistics department to optimize efficiency in the logistical process.
  • Deliver load level-, wave planning- and planning support to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of goods.
  • Identify and analyze workload peaks to adjust delivery timing and prioritize tasks accordingly.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Production Planning, Cleanroom Logistics, and Material Handling, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Monitor and steer the 'stock to factory' process by managing EWM Waves and processing delivery- and/or delivery line cancellation requests.
  • Provide first-line operational support on planning processes and execute resolution of operational issues to minimize impact on the operation.
  • Steer daily/weekly meetings to facilitate effective communication with stakeholders and report performance and volume measurements.
Requirements
  • Relevant Bachelor or Master degree in Operations Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.
  • 3-5 years of experience within Logistics/Supply Chain Management, preferably in a technical production/warehouse environment.
  • Hands-on experience in a technical production/warehouse environment and knowledge of SAP.
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-steering and structural result-driven, with a can-do mentality and proactive attitude.
