Your Role:

• Scout the global market for innovative Computer Vision, AI, and Robotics opportunities.
• Analyze and identify potential commercial applications of these technologies.
• Define value propositions and assess the commercial potential for Viscon.
• Develop viable business cases in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead the development of Computer Vision, AI, and Robotics applications, directing a team consisting of an AI Specialist, Computer Vision Expert, and Robotics Engineer.
• Ensure seamless integration of solutions with Viscon's overarching automation and software systems.
• Coordinate all aspects of project development from start to successful launch, including maintaining timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Requirements:

• At least a completed technical bachelor education, for example: Technical Business Administration, Embedded Systems Engineering.
• At least 5 years of proven work experience in developing and implementing innovative technologies.
• Affinity with Computer Vision, AI, and Robotics applications.
• Excellent project management skills and experience in leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Fluent in Dutch, and easily switches to English.
• A sharp helicopter view, pragmatic, and excellent social skills.
• Leadership capabilities.
