Join us on an immersive 2-year journey of growth, innovation, and collaboration. As a valued team member, you will have the opportunity to rotate through various departments, gaining hands-on experience and honing your skills under industry experts' guidance.

Training Program Highlights
  • Gain a thorough understanding of our operations through a specialized 6-month deep dive into the RECX regional team.
  • Rotate between valuations and fund management, focusing on each area as the sole graduate.
  • Enjoy an extended 12-month period at our Amsterdam headquarters as part of the Real Estate & Customer Experience team.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities

You will receive training and mentorship to ensure you gain the experience and competencies needed to meet the requirements of Logistic Real Estate pathway. Your main tasks will include:

  • Executing real estate projects to impact organizational success.
  • Cultivating relationships, understanding customer needs, and enhancing experiences.
  • Communicating terms, managing processes, and coordinating maintenance.
  • Aligning value-added services with customer needs.
  • Developing skills in tools, analyzing data, and learning lease administration.
  • Negotiating and reporting financial information.
What We're Looking For
  • A degree in Real Estate, Logistics, or Engineering.
  • Pursuing the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC), preferably with an RICS accredited degree.
  • Fluency in English and preferably Dutch is required; additional European languages are a plus.
  • A passion for international collaboration and a willingness to embrace new challenges.
  • A valid driver's license for on-site visits.
  • Demonstrated interest in Industrial Real Estate and proficiency in IT skills.
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
