Chief Financial Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Accounting and Financial Control to join our team at KevlinX. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for executing all accounting and financial control activities, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing strategic financial guidance to the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Reporting: Prepare and deliver monthly financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to stakeholders.
- Accounting and Financial Control: Maintain accurate and detailed financial records, including payroll, invoicing, and accounts receivable management.
- Process Optimization: Identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of financial activities.
- Education: A completed financial or business economics education at HBO or WO level, possibly additional an AA or RA education.
- Experience: A strong base as an accounting professional, possibly also as a Financial Controller, with experience in data centers or within IT infrastructure being of great value.
- Skills: Detail-oriented, able to master complex accounting issues, and grow with the organization. Excellent communication skills in English and preferably also in Dutch.
KevlinX is a scale-up organization investing in the construction of data centers. With significant investments planned in international projects, we are expected to grow significantly in headcount and revenue in the coming years, leading to increasing complexity. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in supporting our growth and success.
