Job Description

We're seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our Global Talent Internship program. As a Global Talent Intern, you'll have the opportunity to work with our international team, learn about talent management practices, and develop your skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze data for talent processes and initiatives, providing reporting and creating visual overviews for updates and decision-making purposes.
  • Organize and coordinate events and initiatives, connect with suppliers, manage contracting and invoicing processes.
  • Coordinate local employer brand social media activities into global campaigns.
  • Organize learning and development trainings, keep them up-to-date in our Learning Management System, and analyze data to support annual reporting.
  • Support communication around talent projects by drafting communication materials and visuals.

Requirements

  • Enrolled in a BSc or MSc program for the entirety of the internship, preferably in HR, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong MS Office skills and fluent proficiency in speaking and written English.
  • A structured approach, driven and energetic personality, excellent communication and people skills, and the ability to work both in a team and independently.
  • Commitment to dedicate at least 6 months to this internship, preferably from September to February.
  • Availability to join the internship for 5 days per week, including three days in-office and one or two days remotely.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Your internship should be included in your study curriculum and directly contribute to your academic results.
  • Your educational institution is willing to sign a collaboration agreement with JDE Peet's and when joining our Research departments, also sign an NDA agreement for internships.
  • You are either an EU(EEA) student residing in the Netherlands during the internship or a Non-EU(EEA) student enrolled and living in the Netherlands during the internship.
