Job Title: EHS Specialist

The EHS Specialist is a key member of the Operational Excellence organization within the Twinscan factory at ASML. This role requires expertise and support in EHS activities, contributing to incident management, leading high-risk incident investigations, conducting risk analysis, and co-developing the safety roadmap to increase safety culture and performance.

Responsibilities:
  • Provides expertise and support in EHS activities
  • Contributes to incident management
  • Leads high-risk incident investigations
  • Conducts risk analysis
  • Co-develops the safety roadmap
Requirements:
  • Minimal Bachelor degree and a Safety Education (MVK, IVK, HVK, Nebosh)
  • Experienced in Occupational Health and Safety in Risk inventory methods (e.g. IMA-A, JHA)
  • Preferably knowledge of ISO 45001 and other safety management systems such as VCA
  • Knowledge of applicable local laws and regulations and good analytical problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills, open, honest, and respectful in communication with others
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a Manufacturing organization
