Manufacturing Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Production Worker to join our team in Oosterhout. As a key member of our production department, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective production of high-quality glues and adhesives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to the 5S principles
• Conduct visual quality checks and perform minor maintenance tasks to ensure optimal production
• Oversee all aspects of production, including record-keeping and inventory management
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve production goals and objectives

Requirements:

• Ability to work full-time in a 2-shift system
• Strong working ethic and attention to detail
• Good command of the Dutch and/or English language

What We Offer:

• Competitive salary of € 18,65 per hour, including 4.4% ADV compensation and 14% shift allowance
• Year-end bonus of 8% of the bruto salary

• Mileage reimbursement available from 10 km one way, € 0,23,- per km
