At Capgemini Engineering, we are seeking a skilled Digital Engineering Project Lead to join our team. As a Project Lead, you will play a critical role in defining, configuring, deploying, and validating digital technologies that drive innovation and growth for our clients.

We approach Digital Engineering solutions from three disciplines: Manufacturing & Process Engineering, Industrial Operations, and Digital Continuity. Our project teams work closely with clients to understand their technical environments and challenges, leveraging expertise in IT/OT and automation layers to deliver high-impact projects.

Your key responsibilities as a Digital Engineering Project Lead will include:

  • Stakeholder management: Building strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Customer Intimacy: Developing a deep understanding of client needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions that meet their business objectives.
  • Drafting proposals: Creating compelling proposals that highlight the value of our Digital Engineering solutions and showcase our expertise.
  • Managing triple constraints: Balancing scope, time, and budget to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
  • Team building: Fostering a collaborative and inclusive team culture that encourages open communication, creativity, and innovation.
  • Cross-functional coaching: Providing guidance and support to team members to help them develop new skills and achieve their career goals.

As a Digital Engineering Project Lead at Capgemini Engineering, you can expect a dynamic and challenging work environment that offers opportunities for professional growth and development. We offer a competitive salary package, including:

€85,000 - €115,000 per annum (depending on experience), plus benefits such as a comprehensive training program, flexible working arrangements, and a non-contributory pension scheme.
