We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our Fulfillment Center Night Shift team. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of Shoppers and ensuring the smooth operation of our night shift.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of Shoppers and provide guidance and support to ensure they meet their daily goals.
- Ensure the efficient operation of the night shift, including managing inventory, coordinating with other teams, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.
- Collaborate with other Team Leads and supervisors to achieve overall team goals.
- Provide coaching and feedback to team members to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
- At least 6 months of leadership experience.
- Strong ability to motivate and coach team members.
- Available for 32 to 38 hours per week and flexible in working hours.
- Available for at least Thursday and Sunday Nights.
- Fluency in English (and preferably also in Dutch).
- Free lunch or dinner, freshly prepared by our chef and canteen employees.
- 25 vacation days per year.
- We will start saving for your retirement.
- Travel allowance from €0.21 per km if you live further than 10 km from the FC.
