Product Quality Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Quality Specialist to join our dynamic team at Kramp. As a key member of our Product Quality & Compliance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our products and processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement quality processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues and improve overall product quality.
- Analyze data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop recommendations for process enhancements.
- Provide guidance and support to suppliers and internal stakeholders on quality requirements and expectations.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of quality training programs for employees.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as quality management, engineering, or business administration.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality management or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations for process improvements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with quality management software.
