Marketing Graphic Designer Role

Pearl Abyss Europe is seeking a skilled Marketing Graphic Designer to join its European Publishing Office. As a Marketing Graphic Designer, you will work with publishing and development teams to create innovative marketing assets that resonate with European target audiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Design value propositions and key messages that bond the right players to our games.
  • Export and localize designs across different asset types, including banners, screenshots, thumbnails, posters, newsletters, and landing pages.
  • Develop graphic briefs to facilitate requests from cross-functional teams.
  • Work with the marketing and social teams to judge asset performance and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Make recommendations on marketing funnel optimization and visual flow development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Graphic Communication Design, or Illustration.
  • 2+ years' experience in a design agency or similar environment.
  • Experience in understanding best practices in Marketing and design principles.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Experience in performing day-to-day execution and optimization activities.
  • Effective time management across multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Creative mind and storytelling skills.
  • Organized, dependable, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented.
  • Full professional competence in English.
