GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Site Controller to join our team in Tilburg. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of logistics operations and making data-driven decisions to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, check, and analyze weekly financial reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Forecast monthly results and manage operational data to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain management information systems to support business operations.
  • Prepare analytical reports to support business strategy and decision-making.
  • Perform month-end closing procedures for multiple profit and loss accounts.
  • Support the budgeting process and prepare sales invoices for services performed.

Requirements:

  • Completed education in Controlling, Accountancy, Business Economics, or Business Administration.
  • Extensive knowledge of MS Excel and experience with stakeholder management.
  • Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and ability to make connections between departments.
  • Proficiency in English.
