About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Packaging Operator to join our dynamic team in the Agriculture and Fresh Produce sector. As a key member of our production line, you will be responsible for expertly packaging various fresh products, ensuring they meet established quality standards and are prepared for transportation.

You will operate advanced packaging machines, maintaining a smooth flow in the packaging process, and lead and coordinate your colleagues to optimize the efficiency of the production line. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate packaging machines to package fresh produce according to quality standards
  • Lead and coordinate colleagues to optimize production line efficiency
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve production issues
  • Participate in quality control processes to ensure product quality
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Packaging Operator in the AGF sector
  • Willingness to learn technical aspects of packaging machines
  • Leadership and supervisory qualities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Own transportation required
