About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Transformation Expert to join our team at Sia Partners. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients in improving their competitiveness through the transformation of Procurement, Finance, and Supply Chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Source to Pay Process Improvement and Tools: Develop and implement process improvements and digitalization strategies for purchasing processes.
- Procurement Strategy: Design and implement procurement strategies, including choice of solutions, cost optimization, and market intelligence.
- Lean Source-to-Pay: Implement lean principles to optimize procurement processes and reduce costs.
- Purchasing Operational Model: Develop and implement purchasing policies, strategic roadmaps, and category strategies.
- Environmental Transition: Identify and transform CSR opportunities, assess supplier carbon footprint, and develop low-carbon trajectories.
- Risk Management: Develop and implement risk detection and management tools, industrialize supplier risk management, and conduct audits.
- Spend Optimization: Diagnose expenditure and commercial conditions, onboard internal customers, and develop action plans.
About You
We are looking for a talented and experienced professional with a Master's degree in applied economics, engineering, computer science, statistics, or econometrics. You should have 2-4 years of experience in a consultancy firm, with a strong background in procurement strategy. You should be an outstanding team player with excellent communication skills, analytical mind, and ability to synthesize information.
