Systems Verification Engineer

We are seeking a talented Systems Verification Engineer to join our team at Damen Naval. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with stakeholders to maintain the Verification Cross Reference Matrix (VCRM) and drive physical testing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with Test & Integration and other engineers on requirements engineering and V&V activities, contributing to the overall scope of VV&A deliverables.
- Link system requirements to the correct document placeholders, defining verification cases (VeCs) in the VCRM, and specifying test specifications (TeCs) for physical tests.
- Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering combined with experience in designing and engineering high-tech complex products.
- Expertise in Configuration Management, Requirements Management, and Systems Engineering principles and practices.
- Experience in dynamic mid-size project environments with high complexity, collaborating closely with project teams and customers.
- Knowledge of Good Engineering Practices, including quality and budget awareness.
- Fluency in English (both verbal and written) is required, with proficiency in Dutch and German considered advantageous.
- Permanent EU citizenship and passport are both required.
