Expertise in Financial Risk Management

You will be part of the Financial Risk Management department within KPMG, working on different projects for a wide variety of clients within financial services.

The FRM Banking team is a young, international, multidisciplinary and motivated team, working in an informal yet professional atmosphere.

You will have the opportunity to learn continuously and develop yourself to become an expert in the field.


Your Key Responsibilities
  • You will apply your knowledge of credit risk (models), ALM, model risk management, and/or regulations to provide advice to multiple customers.
  • You will translate your know-how to added value for our clients, using your quantitative and project management skills.
  • You will easily switch between a development, project management, and audit review role, ensuring the quality of the delivery to clients.
Requirements
  • You have an MSc. degree in (for example) quantitative economics, mathematics or econometrics.
  • You have at least 8 years of relevant work experience within financial services or consultancy.
  • You have a network in the Dutch banking sector.
  • You have in-depth specialist knowledge of banking laws and regulations (CRR / CRD, Basel, EBA).
  • You have in-depth specialist knowledge of (risk)models and internal governance.
  • You have experience guiding junior and medior colleagues.
