Your primary responsibilities will include coaching and mentoring the Customer Success team, developing new business opportunities, and managing the overall sales process. You will also be responsible for identifying areas for improvement in sales skills and sales excellence, and implementing strategies to enhance the team\u2019s performance.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our technical, business, and procurement decision makers, and negotiate contracts to maximize profits. You will also be responsible for assisting with challenging customer requests and issue escalations, and collaborating with local, regional, and global team members to identify and grow opportunities.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of CRM use and best practices, as well as experience in inside sales and/or managing an inside sales team. You will also need to be fluent in Dutch and English, and have a Bachelor\u2019s degree in a relevant field.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor\u2019s degree in a relevant field
* 7+ years of sales experience, with at least 3 years of leadership experience
* Experience in inside sales and/or managing an inside sales team
* Fluent in Dutch and English
