About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Transformation Lead to join our Data & Analytics team at Royal Schiphol Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in accelerating the data transformation of the Asset Management domain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of 8 FTEs in developing a customer-centric approach to data solutions.
  • Provide clear direction on our purpose as data and set boundaries for the teams to ensure they have the freedom to best help our customers.
  • Mature the team in their organizational structure and digital transformation efforts.
  • Help the team take an organization-wide perspective, bringing best practices from Operations into the Asset Management domain.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience working in a data-centric role connected to Business Intelligence, Artificial Intelligence, Advanced Analytics, or Innovation.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role, including managing multiple scrum teams.
  • Experience with data-driven transformation, product management, and product ownership.
  • Experience with fact-based performance management, including steering based on KPIs and using OKRs.
  • A MSc or higher in a business or STEM-related field, preferably with additional education focused on transformation.
What We Offer
  • € 5,377 to € 7,558 gross per month (scale 14).
  • An 8.33% fixed allowance at the end of the year.
